Veronica databases specimens from the Canadian National Collection of Insects, Arachnids and Nematodes. The plant bug holdings are primarily the result of efforts of L. A. Kelton. His extensive field work in Canada, the United States, and Mexico is represented by long series collected from identified plant hosts.

Veronica has a Bachelor's degree in Biology with Honours from the University of Ottawa, Canada. Since earning her degree she has been working in various aspects of insect research, engaged in behavioural research at Carleton University and has participated in a variety of taxonomic projects at the CNC.

I am happy to be participating in a project that is making a large amount of information available to all who wish to use it. Any project involving a plant bug is sure to find this database extremely helpful.
