Boilermaker Goose
Goose legs and thighs -
skinned
1/4 cup bourbon
1 bottle beer
3 cups brown sugar
4 cups Kikkoman soy sauce
Boil skinned goose legs
and thighs for 10 minutes.
Cook over indirect heat on outside grill for 1 hour.
Turn every 10 minutes.
Dip in sauce of bourbon, beer sugar and soy sauce each time you
turn.
Serve over rice.
