Broccoli Goose

1 breast of goose
1 yellow onion (baseball size)
1 package Sunbird broccoli beef mix
1/2 cup Kikkoman soy sauce
1 bunch broccoli
1/2 cup red wine
3 carrots
3 green onions
garlic powder
pepper

Slice meat into 1/8 inch slices.
Sprinkle on pepper and garlic powder to taste.
Slice onions and separate rings.
Place goose, onions and beef mix in bowl.
Add wine and soy sauce and let stand for 1 hour.
Cook over medium heat until onions are clear.
Cut broccoli stalks into thin sticks.
Cut Flowerets, carrots and green onions into bite size pieces.
Drop into boiloing water for 2 minutes and strain.

Serve vegetables over rice topped with goose and onio mixture.
