My dear Mr. Granger: Your letter post-marked July 29 from Cuba, New Mexico, addressed to Mr. Smyth has been received while he is on his vacation. In looking up the matter, I find that fifty dollars (50) was sent to you by registered mail on July 24, and on the name date one hundred fifty dollars ($150) was deposited in the bank to your Field Funds Account. I presume before this reaches you, you will have received the registered letter and will have learned that the $150 is available for you. Very truly yours, Gio H. Sherwood Assistant Secretary. Mr. Walter Granger, Chama, New Mexico. |
