October 9 , 1902

My dear Brown,

I was very glad to receive your letter of October 1 and to learn of your very fotunate discovery of the crocodile skeletons which will add very greatly to our representation of that family.
The only instructions I have to send at present are that I want you to connect without fail by wail with Mr. Wilbus friend, so as to examine his dinosaur before the bad weather sets in. This is quite important as Mr. wilbur is considering giving his find to the National Museum, and has very kindly given us the first option.

Always sincerely yours,

[Prof. Osborn]
