Breast
the birds and cut meat off legs and thighs. Cut into stir fry
size pieces.
Marinate in Zesty Italian Salad Dessing in a zip-lock bag
12-24 hours in the fridge. Use just enough dressing to soak the
meat - not float the meat.)
Pour them right out of the zip-lock into a fairly hot fry pan.
Simmer 15 minutes or to taste.
Try the same with Clamato juice or a light dose of President's
Choice 2 Minute Miracle Tamari Sauce.
