README The associated file is the matrix version (in Hennig86 format) of the implied alignment of the combined data. Appended to this matrix are the four most parsimonious trees obtained. For details regarding the data and analyses see Frost et al. (2006). All DNA sequences are available on GenBank. CORRECTION TO FROST ET AL., 2006 The tree length reported for the four most parsimonious trees is incorrect. The correct length is 126,929 steps. One of these trees was obtained directly in POY (1996-2003), and the remaining three were discovered by further analyzing the implied alignment in NONA (Goloboff, 1993-1999), spawned from WinClada (Nixon, 1999-2002).
