Philautus crnri Dutta, 1985, J. Bombay Nat. Hist. Soc., 82: 219. Replacement name for Philautus longricrus Rao, 1937, a junior secondary homonym of Ixalus longicrus in Philautus.

Philautus cruriDuellman, 1993, Univ. Kansas Mus. Nat. Hist. Spec. Publ., 21: 290. Incorrect subsequent spelling.

Distribution

Known only from the type locality (Kempholey, Karnataka), southwestern India.
