Distribution

Isolated populations in southern and south-central China in Henan, Shaanxi, Gansu, Sichuan, Guizhou, Hubei, Anhui, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Hunan, Guangdong and Guangxi Provinces, at 200-1400 m elevation; reports from Vietnam and Thailand require confirmation (see comment).
