Distribution

Isolated populations in Gansu, Guangxi, Sichuan, Hubei, Hunan, Guizhou, and southern Shaanxi, China, 390–1500 m elevation; mountains of northern Vietnam (Lao Cai and Lai Chau provinces), 1900 to 2500 m elevation.
