Phrynomedusa dryade Baêta, Giasson, Pombal, and Haddad, 2016, Herpetol. Monogr., 30: 66. Holotype: CFBH 16026, by original designaiton. Type locality: "Núcleo Santa Virgínia, Parque Estadual da Serra do Mar, município de São Luiz do Paraitinga, state of São Paulo, Brazil (23° 19′ 55.92″ S, 45° 5′ 48.58″ W, 979 m a.s.l., datum = WGS84)".

Distribution

Known only from five localities in southeastern Brazil: four localities in state of São Paulo (municípios de Cananéia, Salesópolis, Itanhaém, and São Luiz do Paraitinga) and one locality in state of Rio de Janeiro (Município de Paraty).
