Hyla becki Loveridge, 1945, Proc. Biol. Soc. Washington, 58: 53. Holotype: MCZ 25900, by original designation. Type locality: "taken among rocks beside a brook in the forest on Mt. Wilhelm, 7,500-10,000 feet, Bismarck Range, Madang Division", Chimbu Province, Papua New Guinea.

Distribution

Mount Giluwe and Mount Wilhelm in the central mountains of Papua New Guinea, 2300-3200 m elevation; possibly Mount Jaya at 3650 m elevation.
