Proceratophrys izecksohni Dias, Amaro, Carvalho-e-Silva, and Rodrigues, 2013, Zootaxa, 3682: 281. Holotype: UNIRIO 739, by original designation. Type locality: "Reserva Rio das Pedras (RERP), Mangaratiba municipality, Rio de Janeiro state (22°59’29’’S, 44°06’01’’W ca. 200 meters above sea level)".
