Uperoleia marmorata var. laevigata Keferstein, 1867, Nachr. Ges. Wiss. Göttingen, 18: 349. Syntypes: ZFMK 26304-313; ZFMK 26309 designated lectotype by Tyler, Davies, and Martin, 1981, Aust. J. Zool., Suppl. Ser., 29 (79): 13, who also noted that ZFMK 26312 is a Pseudophryne bibronii. Type locality: "Raudewick [=Randwick], N[ew]. S[outh]. Wales", Australia.
