Kalophrynus eok Das and Haas, 2003, Raffles Bull. Zool., 51: 110. Holotype: SBC A.00310, by original designation. Type locality: "Long Re (03° 42′ 2″ N; 115° 32′ 06″ E), east of Bario along forest trail to Kalimantan border, Sarawak, East Malaysia (Borneo)".

Borneo: Kelabit Highlands in Sarawak, Malaysia; presumably in adjacent Kalimantan, Indonesia
