Cophixalus amabilis Kraus, 2012, Zootaxa, 3559: 27. Holotype: BPBM 37730, by original designation. Type locality: "Upper Muniai Stream, below Bomagai Camp, Woodlark Island, 9.1216° S, 152.7486° E, 67 m, Milne Bay Province, Papua New Guinea".
