Boophis albipunctatus Glaw and Thiesmeier, 1993, Salamandra, 28: 262. Holotype: ZFMK 53617, by original designation. Type locality: "Bergen zwischen Nahampoana und Mandena, nördlich von Fort Dauphin (= Tolagnaro), SO-Madagaskar".

Distribution

Andohahela, Manantantely, and Nahampoana in the southeastern rainforests and Andasibe in the north-east central part of Madagascar, 400-900 m elevation.
