Distribution

Humid montane forest at elevations of 600–2200 m on the Pacific slopes of the Sierra from southeastern Mexico (Chiapas, extreme eastern Oaxaca) and Pacific slopes of Guatemala, Honduras (Cerro El Pital), and El Salvador.
