Hyla loveridgei Rivero, 1961, Bull. Mus. Comp. Zool., 126: 108. Holotype: MCZ 28565, by original designation. Type locality: "Pico Culebra, Mt. Duida, 3000 ft., Territorio Amazonas", Venezuela.

Hyla ginesi Rivero, 1963, Caribb. J. Sci., 3: 28. Replacement name for Hyla loveridgei, thought to be preoccupied by Nyctimystes loveridgei Neill, 1954.
