Distribution

Flores, Sumbawa, and Lombok islands in the Lesser Sunda Islands, up to at least 1200 m elevation.

In the Limnonectes (Limnonectes) microdiscus group of Dubois, 1987 "1986", Alytes, 5: 63, who elevated this taxon from a subspecies of Rana microdisca.
