Werneria submontana Rödel, Schmitz, Pauwels, and Böhme, 2004, Zootaxa, 720: 17. Holotype: ZFMK 69699, by original designation. Type locality: "Bakossi Mts., Edib Hills, Lake Edib, N 4° 57′, E 9° 39′, 1,100 m a.s.l., Cameroon".

Distribution

Bakossi Mts., Mwendelengo Mts., and Nyasoso at the base of Mt. Kupe, Cameroon Highlands, 800-1200 m elevation, occasionally as low as 200 m.
