Distribution

Known only from two localities in the Rakhine Division in Myanmar, below 100 m elevation.

Comment

Tentatively placed in the Bufo melanostictus group in the original publication. Das, Chetia, Dutta, and Sengupta, 2013, Zootaxa, 3646: 336-348, provided comparative data with this species and other Duttaphrynus in the region.
