Phrynopus bracki Hedges, 1990, Copeia, 1990: 112. Holotype: USNM 286918, by original designation. Type locality: "2.9 km N, 5.5 km E (airline) Oxapampa in the Cordillera Yanachaga, Departamento de Pasco, Perú..., 10° 32′ 38″ S, 75° 21′ 10″ W, 2600 m".

Distribution

Known only from the type locality in cloud forest in the Cordillera Yanachaga, Department of Pasco, Peru.
