Known only from two sites on the crest of the Serranía de los Paraguas at the border between departamentos Chocó and Valle del Cauca, Colombia, 75–182 m elevation.

Comment

Most closely related to Eleutherodactylus cacao and Eleutherodactylus chrysops according to the original publication.
