Michigan, 539: 14. Type locality: "San Lorenzo (5,000 ft.), Santa Marta Mountains, Colombia". Kluge, 1983, Misc. Publ. Mus. Zool. Univ. Michigan, 166: 37, refined the type locality to "Cincinnati, a place on San Lorenzo".
