Eleutherodactylus (Eleutherodactylus) sagittulus Lehr, Aguilar, and Duellman, 2004, Herpetologica, 60: 276. Holotype: MUSM 18661, by original designation. Type locality: "San Alberto (10° 32′ 53″ S, 75° 22′ 17″ W, 2200 m), Provincia de Oxapampa, Departamento de Pasco, Peru".

Distribution

Known only from two closely situated localities in the Cordillera Oriental in the yungas formation, Provincia de Oxapampa, Departamento de Pasco, at 2050 and 2200 m elevations, and from Pui Pui Protected Forest (Rio Huatziroki valley, 1970 m elevation), Distrito Pichanaqui, Provincia Chanchamayo, Región Junín, Peru

Comment

In the Eleutherodactylus (Eleutherodactylus) unistrigatus group, most similar to Eleutherodactylus lanthanites, according to the original publication. In the Pristimantis peruvianus species group of Hedges, Duellman, and Heinicke, 2008, Zootaxa, 1737: 126; this reformulated as the Pristimantis danae species group by Padial, Grant, and Frost, 2014, Zootaxa, 3825: 125.
