SE San Cristóbal, 1250 m.s.n.m."

Distribution

Cloud forests along the southern versant of the Cordillera de Mérida from the state of Táchira to the state of Lara, in northwestern Venezuela.

Comment

In the Eleutherodactylus conspicillatus group and previous confused with Eleutherodactylus briceni according to the original publication. See comment under Mucubatrachus briceni. In the Pristimantis conspicillatus species group of Hedges, Duellman, and Heinicke, 2008, Zootaxa, 1737: 120. Removed from the Pristimantis conspicillatus species group and left unassigned to species group by Padial, Grant, and Frost, 2014, Zootaxa, 3825: 125.
