Distribution

 Amazonian evergreen lowland forest of northern Ecuador i(Napo and Orellana provinces) and one locality from Loreto Department in Peru, up to 382 m elevation; expected in adjacent Colombia and possibly in Brazil. 

Comment

In the Pristimantis acuminatus group, and previous confused with Pristimantis acuminatus, according to the original publication.
