Eleutherodactylus memorans Myers and Donnelly, 1997, Am. Mus. Novit., 3213: 48. Holotype: AMNH 131466, by original designation. Type locality: "camp on ridge N Pico Tamacuari, 1270 m elevation, Sierra Tapirapecó, Amazonas, Venezuela (1° 13′ N, 64° 42′ W)".

Distribution

Known only from the Sierra Tapirapecó of Amazonas, Venezuela and adjacent Amazonas, Brazil.

Comment

In the Eleutherodactylus unistrigatus group according to the original publication, similar to Eleutherodactylus pulvinatus. Caramaschi and Niemeyer, 2005, Herpetol. Rev., 36: 74, provided the Brazilian record. In the Pristimantis (Pristimantis) unistrigatus species group of Hedges, Duellman, and Heinicke, 2008, Zootaxa, 1737: 128.
