Distribution

Upper humid montane forest in the upper Río Papallacta Valley (2160–2750 m), Napo Province, Ecuador.

Comment

In the Eleutherodactylus unistrigatus group; most closely related to Eleutherodactylus prolatus, Eleutherodactylus trachyblepharis, and Eleutherodactylus variabilis, according to the original publication.
