Distribution

Amazonian evergreen lowlands and piedmont of eastern Ecuador (Morona-Santiago, Orellana, and Pastaza provinces) and northern Loreto Department in Peru, up to 960 m elevation; expected in adjacent Colombia. 

Comment

In the Pristimantis acuminatus group, and previous confused with Pristimantis acuminatus, according to the original publication.
