 Ecuadorian Rainfrog (original publication). 

Distribution

Currently known only from three nearby localities on the western slopes of the Ecuadorian Andes in the provinces of Cotopaxi and Pichincha, at elevations between 1450 and 1480 m. 

Comment

Prior to its naming, confused with Pristimantis ornatissimus.
