Cloud forest on the western flank of the Cordillera Occidental in the departments of Valle del Cauca and Chocó, Colombia, 1960–2090 m elevation.

Comment

Most closely related to Eleutherodactylus cacao and Eleutherodactylus xylochobates according to the original publication.
