Distribution

Known only from the type locality in Yanachaga-Chemillén National Park, Distrito de Huancabamba, Provincia de Oxapampa, Región Pasco, Peru, at 2950 m elevation in cloud forest.

Comment

Unassigned to species group in the original paper, but considered to be most closely related to Pristimantis cruciocularis, a member of the ill-delimited Pristimantis unistrigatus group.
