Arthroleptis nikeae Poynton, 2003, Afr. J. Herpetol., 52: 108. Holotype: BMNH 2002.101, by original designation. Type locality: "Mafwemiro Catchment Forest Reserve, Rubeho Mountains, Mpwapwa District, Tanzania (06° 56′ 19″ S x 36° 35′ 04″ E, 1900 m a.s.l.)".
