Ichthyophis khumhzi Kamei, Wilkinson, Gower, and Biju, 2009, Zootaxa, 2267: 28. Holotype: BNHS 5210, by original designation. Type locality: "Khumhzi village (24°51′46″N, 93°37′23″E; 320 m asl), Tamenglong district, Manipur, India".

English Names

Khumhzi Striped Ichthyophis (original publication; Dinesh, Radhakrishnan, Deepak, and Kulkarni, 2023, Fauna India Checklist, vers. 5.0 : 16).

Distribution

Known from the type locality (Khumhzi village) in southwest-central Manipur, as well as from Saiha District, Mizoram, northeastern India.
