Geotrypetes angeli Parker, 1936, Zool. Meded., Leiden, 19: 100. Holotype: BMNH 1946.9.5.54 (formerly 1909.2.23.10), by original designation and according to Taylor, 1968, Caecilians of the World: 711. Type locality: "Labé, French Guinea [= Guinea]".

Distribution

Known from the type localities (Labe and Beyla, Guinea) and Tingi Hills, Sierra Leon, presumably to be found in northern Liberia.

Natural Resident: Guinea, Sierra Leone
