Sylhet Division of Bangladesh east through Myanmar (Bago, Chin, Kachin, Kayah, Rakhine, and Sagaing) and non-peninsular Thailand to the Cardamon Mountains of southwestern Cambodia and northern Vietnam (Vinh Phu, Bac Thai Lao Cai, Lai Chau, Son La, and Tuyen Quang provinces, 700–1400 m elevation; Xe Kong Province, Laos; Temengor Forest Reserve, Hulu Perak, Perak Darul Ridzwan, peninsular Malaysia.
