Philautus nianeae Stuart, Phimmachak, Seateun, and Sheridan, 2013, Zootaxa, 3745     : 75. Holotype. NCSM 80038, by original designation. Type locality: "Laos, Vientiane Province, Xaysomboun District, Nam Ngum River, 19.01807° N 102.87633° E, 490 m elev."

Distribution

Known from three localities in Vientiane, Bolikhamxay, and Khammouan Provinces in northern Laos, 471 to 979 m elevation

Most similar to Philautus abditus according to the original publication.
