Short-headed Puddle Frog (Channing and Rödel, 2019, Field Guide Frogs & Other Amph. Afr.: 296).

Distribution

Known only from the type locality (Mafinga, Udzungwa Plateau, southern Tanzania).

Natural Resident: Tanzania

Comment

Not addressed by Zimkus, Rödel, and Hillers, 2010, Mol. Phylogenet. Evol., 55: 883-900, so not assigned to species group. Channing and Rödel, 2019, Field Guide Frogs & Other Amph. Afr.: 296, provided a brief account and range map.
