Litoria elkeae Günther and Richards, 2000, Herpetozoa, Wien, 13: 29. Holotype: ZMB 59375, by original designation. Type locality: "100 m from the river Kalibumi at km 35 along the Nabire to Mapia road, Irian Jaya [now Papua], Indonesia".

Comment

In the Litoria gracilenta group, most similar to Litoria gracilenta, according to the original publication. Menzies, 2006, Frogs New Guinea & Solomon Is.: 107, provided a brief account for this species which he included in his Litoria gracilenta complex.
