Uperoleia borealis Tyler, Davies, and Martin, 1981, Aust. J. Zool., Suppl. Ser., 29 (79): 30. Holotype: WAM R62474, by original designation. Type locality: "Dead Horse Spring, 3.7 km northeast of Lake Argyle Tourist Village, Kimberley Division, Western Australia".
