Microhyla minuta Poyarkov, Vassilieva, Orlov, Galoyan, Tran, Le, Kretova, and Geissler, 2014, Russ. J. Herpetol., 21: 120. Holotype. ZMMU A-5047, by original designation. Type locality: "Cat Tien National Park, road from park headquarters to Bau Sau Lake, Dong Nai River valley, Dac Lua Commune, Tan Phu District, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam (coordinates 11°26′20.04″N 107°24′12.6″E, elevation 157 m a.s.l.)".

Distribution

Lowland dipterocarp forests in Dong Nai Province, although expected in adjacent parts of Lam Dong, Binh Phuoc, and Binh Duong provinces, southern Vietnam.

Vietnam: 80–83. Gorin, Solovyeva, Hasan, Okamiya, Karunarathna, Pawangkhanant, de Silva, Juthong, Milto, Nguyen, Suwannapoom, Haas, Bickford, Das, and Poyarkov, 2020, PeerJ, 8 (e9411): 1–47, placed this species in their Microhyla achatina group.
