Leptolalax kecil Matsui, Belabut, Ahmad, and Yong, 2009, Zool. Sci., Tokyo, 26: 244. Holotype: KUHE 52440, by original designation. Type locality: "Trail 11, Tanah Rata, Cameron Highlands, State of Pahang, Malaysia (4°28′40″N, 101°21′57″E, 1522 m a.s.l.)".

Distribution

Known only from the type locality (Tanah Rata, Cameron Highlands, Pahang, West Malaysia); presumably more widely distributed in these highlands (see comment).

Comment

External morphology and advertisement call were described in the original publication. Chan, Belabut, and Ahmad, 2010, Russ. J. Herpetol., 17: 205, suggested that the dubious records of Leptolalax gracilis from Gunung Tahan and Gunung Benom actually represent this species.
