Comment

Most similar to Mantidactylus cornutus according to the original publication. Glaw and Vences, 2007, Field Guide Amph. Rept. Madagascar, Ed. 3: 224-225, provided an account. Randrianiaina, Wollenberg, Hiobiarilanto, Strauss, Glos, and Vences, 2011, J. Nat. Hist., London, 45: 2871–2900, described larval morphology.
