Distribution

Known from Porto Velho, Alta Floresta do Oeste, Colorado do Oeste, and Vilhena, all in the state of Rondônia, Brazil, and Los Lagos, San Sebastián (Departamento de Santa Cruz), Caparú, Flor de Oro, and Los Fierros (Departamento de Bení), eastern Bolivia.

Removed from the synonymy of Scinax fuscomarginatus by  Brusquetti, Jansen, Barrio-Amorós, Segalla, and Haddad, 2014, Zool. J. Linn. Soc., 171: 804, where it had been placed by Lutz, 1973, Brazil. Spec.
