Phyllomedusa baltea Duellman and Toft, 1979, Herpetologica, 35: 64. Holotype: KU 154746, by original designation. Type locality: "Laguna, on the west slope of Serranía de Sira, 1280 m, Departamento Huánuco, Perú".
