Agalychnis terranova Rivera-Correa, Duarte-Cubides, Rueda-Almonacid, and Daza-R., 2013, Zootaxa, 3636: 87. Holotype: MHUA-A 7316, by original designation. Type locality: "Colombia, Departamento de Antioquia, Municipio de Sonsón, Corregimiento La Danta, Vereda La Danta, 05° 50’ 8.04’’ N, 74° 50’ 16.55’’ W, 380 m.a.s.l.". 

Distribution

Known from four localities in the Andean foothills between 380 and 900 m along the Middle Magdalena River valley, in the departments of Cundinamarca and Antioquia, Colombia; also reported from Victoria, municipality of Cantón de San Pablo, department of Chocó (5.321944 N, -76.628611 W, 264m elevation.
