Distribution

Amazon basin of southeastern Peru (Cusco and Madre de Dios regions), northwestern Brazil (Acre, Rondônia, and Amazonas states), and northeastern Bolivia, from the Andean slopes to lowland tropical rainforest, 150 m (Acre) to 1696 m (Ochigoteni) elevation.
