Comment

Placed in Bokermannohyla here on the basis of the assignment of this species in the original publication to the Hyla circumdata group. This species was not mentioned by Faivovich, Haddad, Garcia, Frost, Campbell, and Wheeler, 2005, Bull. Am. Mus. Nat. Hist., 294, presumably due to the description not appearing until late 2005 or early 2006. Gaiga, Loiola, Mângia, and Pirani, 2013, S. Am. J. Herpetol., 8: 127–131, reported on the advertisement call and larval morphology.
